Creating a Magical, Healing, Movement: The Women Behind Peace Love Rally.

Before we tell you how we started, how about we tell you who we are. We are Rachel Krauss and Niki Jaimes, co-founders of Peace Love Rally.
Niki has been an advocate for health and wellness her entire life. Fitness and sports were always a part of how she moves. After reaching a professional level in cycling, she began to experience more and more injuries, inflammation and pain. Ultimately, it was these injuries that led her into Eastern medicine and holistic healing methods. Somewhere along that road, magnesium became a miracle for her and that led to a conversation with her BFF, Rachel.
Rachel was born into a family heritage of wellness and holistic nutrition. While working in product development with her father’s nutrition and supplement company, Niki introduced her to topical magnesium. Rachel had suffered from hemiplegic migraines since she was a teenager as well as sleep-depriving muscle tension. With her creative background and a love for science, this sparked a new found passion around re-formulating this magic mineral to make it even more accessible.
Working side by side with our formulation team, we were able to create something that we loved, while avoiding any of the typical aversions to traditional magnesium oil products, like stickiness and that all too familiar “magnesium itch.” We didn’t stop until the formula was something we could stand behind and be proud of. Natural ingredients. No harsh chemicals. And, of course, always plant-based and always cruelty-free.
On top of that, we both love beautiful things. We love people. We love nature. We wanted to not only create an amazing product that WE ourselves used, but we wanted to create a movement. A brand that proved that healing could be accessible to everyone. A brand that showcased our passion for our environment and communities. A product that you can use anytime, anywhere, and actually enjoy using. Enter, Recovery Balm.
And so, Peace Love Rally was born. It started with an idea, rooted in a need and has become a movement. We hope to continue to encourage all of you to live in peace with your bodies. To love yourselves and others. And to rally together in health and well-being for the good of all.
Thank you for joining our journey. It’s so great to have you here.
xoxo,
Rachel & Niki
