Growing up on the California coast, we’ve always loved that sun-warmed calm you feel after a day by the waves. But in the whirlwind of everyday life, finding that sense of peace? Not so easy. Sleepless nights, tense muscles, and endless to-do lists left us searching for something to help us reset. When we discovered magnesium, everything shifted—it became our go-to for restoring balance, and we had to share it.

Magnesium is a important mineral our body uses and needs. This is a easy and useful way to get it.
I want others to know just how well Essential Calm works for various reasons. One being leg cramps my husband gets from time to time, another is sore aching joints and muscles which happens more than we both want. The latest way I just started to use it for is on the bottom of my feet for neuropathy. Today was my first time using it on my feet- and so far its done a good job, esp. considering how bad my neuropathy is. I would highly recomend using any of the Recovery Balms, as Magnesium is a important mineral our body uses and needs in so many ways, you can't go wrong using any of Peace Love Rally's Recovery Balms. Myself I use the Essential Calm as its unscented as I have allergies to scents. I also want to add their customer service is second to none!
