How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and product details. We will respond with information on how to return items from your order.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 or more days have elapsed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging and mail back to us with the return authorization number included. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/container in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Rally Wellness is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Rally Wellness.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
Will I have to pay for shipping my return?
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.
When will I get my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return address. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Do you ship to destinations outside the US?
We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and that select merchandise cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.
Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Customers may be charged for a brokerage fee which can be up to 50% of the total value of goods. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return your package to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the package is received by us - you will be issued store credit for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses at this time. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be cancelled automatically by our system.
Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are generally received within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Delivery will be made by your local postal service.

Rally Wellness prices may be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to US Dollars and excludes any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.
How much are shipping charges?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, delivery date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping businesses we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
How soon can I expect my order?
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 24 hours Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise noted in description of product or on our website. Our warehouse is closed Friday through Sunday. All orders placed after 3:30 PM CST on Thursdays will be shipped out the following Monday, excluding major holidays.
For U.S. Orders: We primarily ship through USPS. After shipping, please allow another 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. For International Orders: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
At this time, we can only allow one discount code per order.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and all natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12 month shelf-life.

Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations.
All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
