Soooooo, we got some bummer news this morning that we humbly want to share. We had received confirmation that we would be able to ship all Recovery Balms this week and now we've found out that there is going to be another delay before we are fully restocked. Apparently our local small business supply chain has been deeply impacted by the pandemic recently and it is now affecting our production.
This last year has been such a wild ride for this small business. Our tiny team has been kicking butt trying to not only manage our massive growth (thanks to all of you!) but we've had to navigate and learn SO much about inventory, production and supply chain management. Top it all off with a global pandemic and an ever-changing world, and well, here we are! We like to stay positive as much as possible and we see all of this as a huge opportunity for transparency, vulnerability and personal expansion. We have learned SO much through all of this. So much that will continue to make us better, stronger and more resilient.
That said, we will be receiving a more accurate date for Recovery Balm delivery SOON, but in the spirit of complete transparency, we wanted to reach out to all of you ASAP to give you the scoop. We are still doing pre-orders and, worst case, they will deliver by October. Hopefully that changes to a best case scenario but we will let you know when we know. That said, if you already placed a pre-order, not to worry, your orders will still be shipping this week, but starting today, any NEW pre-orders will be shipping by October.
